Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook is an add-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM that is installed on your desktop or laptop computer. Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook brings Microsoft CRM into your everyday Microsoft Office Outlook experience. The laptop client also enables any client data that is changed while away from the office network to be synchronised when reconnected to the network.

Microsoft Word

No more boring system generated documents! You can store personal or organisation mail merge template documents inside Microsoft Dynamics CRM. To complete a mail merge, it is as easy as selecting the records you want to merge and clicking a single button to bring the data into Microsoft Word, where you can complete the merge and edit your documents for that personal touch.

Microsoft Excel

You can export any list to Microsoft Office Excel, including the results of an Advanced Find search. These lists can be dynamic (a file that refreshes data from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database each time it is opened) or static (a file that does not change when data changes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM).

Microsoft SharePoint and other Web services

Microsoft Dynamics CRM consists of various web services meaning that other applications can be created to leverage off CRM's web services. Microsoft SharePoint is one such web service that offers enterprise search, content management, business process facilitation, simplified information sharing and enhanced business insight.
